Be welcomed to Egypt with our organised pick-up service coordinated to your flight arrival time.
First of all, your expert tour guide will be waiting for you at Cairo airport, holding a sign of New Travel Dynamics for a Easy pickup.
Then you will be taken to your private A/C vehicle, ready to transfer you to your Hotel.

Prices

Children Policy
The following rates apply to children sharing a room with their parents:
- Infants (Under 2 years): Travel for free.
- Children (2 to 6 years): 25% of the standard adult rate.
- Children (6 to 11 years): 50% of the standard adult rate.
- Teens (12 years and older): Charged at the full adult fare.
Please Note: If your package involves domestic or international flight tickets, separate charges for children may be required.
Cancellation
Refunds or charges are based on the notice period given prior to your arrival:
- Over 90 days before check-in: Eligibility for a full refund.
- Between 90 and 61 days: A 15% cancellation fee of the total amount will be applied.
- Between 60 and 31 days: A 50% cancellation fee of the total amount will be applied.
- Less than 30 days before check-in: The full amount of the trip will be charged (No refund).
Deposit And Balance Of Payment
To ensure availability, particularly for Nile Cruises, early booking is highly recommended. A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. For bookings during the Christmas and New Year period, the deposit increases to 50%. We accept deposits via Credit Card, Wire Transfer, or Western Union.
Tipping
Tipping is a traditional gesture to show appreciation for excellent service provided by the staff. While it is a gracious way to say thank you, it remains entirely at your discretion and is not a mandatory obligation.
