Itinerary

1
Day 1: Aswan Arrival and Guided Sightseeing Tour

After arriving at Aswan Airport, where you will be received by the transfer service, you will be transferred to the Jaz Crown Prince Nile Cruise.

Upon arrival, have a nice welcome drink and take the time to relax before heading to your comfortable cabin. Lunch will be served on the ship.

 

In the afternoon, the Philae Temple devoted to the goddess Isis will be visited, and then there will be excursions for viewing the great Aswan High Dam and the historically interesting Unfinished Obelisk.

 

Enjoy a relaxing cruise ride on one of the feluccas around Elephantine Island in the evening.

 

Then back to the boat for dinner and an overnight stay, an exceedingly favorable boat to relax in and get a good sleep! This is when the reflection of the scenic beauty is at its best.

Day 2: Discovering the Temples of Kom Ombo and Edfu

After finishing breakfast, you would enjoy the remainder of the morning at leisure and possibly use some add-on activities which may be available for exploration. 

 

In the afternoon, relax as the ship sails to Kom Ombo. Enjoy some lunch in the meantime. Upon arrival, visit the Kom Ombo Temple dedicated to the gods Sobek and Horus. 

 

After the sightseeing, return to the ship for dinner while piecing together sails for Edfu. Sleep overnight on board. 

 

Optional excursions can be arranged that are of great interest and right timing, like the awe-inspiring Abu Simbel Temples, a Nubian Village experience, or the Botanical Garden, thereby filling yet another dimension of enjoyment to your memorable Nile cruise experience.

Day 3: Edfu Temple Visit and Sailing to Luxor

The day begins with breakfast on the cruise ship, followed by a trip to Edfu Temple, which stands as one of Egypt's most complete ancient temples.

 

The ship will return to its path towards Luxor while passengers can enjoy the beautiful Nile River scenery. The ship will provide lunch service during the cruise.

 

Travelers in Luxor can experience Luxor Temple at night, which showcases its stunning architecture through illuminated displays.

 

The passengers will return to the ship for their evening meal and to spend time in a relaxing environment. The ship will provide comfortable accommodations for passengers during the Nile journey, which continues throughout the night.

Day 4: A Full Day Discovering Luxor’s Ancient Treasures

After having breakfast on board, guests will disembark in Luxor to start the full day exploring. In the Valley of the Kings, visit three royal tombs to see the treasures of history from the ancient pharaohs. 

 

The trip continues with a visit to the outstanding Hatshepsut Temple, passing by the Colossi of Memnon. The complex built from the times of the Karnak Temple will undoubtedly reveal itself to be one of the grandest ancient Egyptian religious sites. At the conclusion of the program, visitors should finish their sightseeing activities. 

 

As an option, a Hot air balloon ride can provide the experience of a breathtaking sunrise view of Luxor.
