5-Day Nour El-Din Dahabiya Cruise from Esna to Aswan

Upon arrival in Esna, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to the Dahabiya cruise. Once on board, you will check in and settle into your comfortable cabin while getting familiar with the ship’s facilities and amenities. You will then return to the Dahabiya for a relaxing lunch on board while sailing onward to Edfu. Once you arrive, you will visit the magnificent Temple of Edfu, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, dedicated to the falcon god Horus, where your guide will explain its rich history and religious significance.  
  

The journey then continues as you sail to a nearby picturesque island close to Edfu. In the evening, enjoy a special barbecue dinner on the island accompanied by traditional music and entertainment. The day concludes with an overnight stay on the island, allowing you to experience the serene and peaceful atmosphere of the Nile under the night sky.

Wake up to a beautiful morning on the Nile and enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast served on the deck. After breakfast, set sail toward Bisaw Island, a peaceful and scenic spot surrounded by the calm waters of the river. Here, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique fishing experience using traditional local boats and techniques, offering a glimpse into authentic Nile life.    

 
Later, return to the Dahabiya for a delicious lunch while continuing your journey along the river. The cruise then takes you to the impressive Silsila Quarries, an ancient site where sandstone was historically extracted for the construction of temples, featuring remarkable rock carvings and remnants of ancient craftsmanship. In the afternoon, sailing continues toward another quiet island where you will anchor for the night. The day ends with a relaxing dinner on board, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Nile.

After the visit, return to the Dahabiya for a relaxing lunch while cruising toward Aswan. By evening, you will arrive in the beautiful city of Aswan, where a delicious dinner will be served on board. The day concludes with an overnight stay docked in Aswan, allowing you to experience the city’s lively yet peaceful riverside ambiance.
